How much does Larkspur cost?
A one-time setup fee of £99 at signup, then a monthly charge of £0.02 per GB of storage actually used, with no tiers or caps. Both numbers are starting prices and may change before general launch; see the
pricing guide for the full picture.
Is there a limit on how many galleries I can create?
No. The setup fee covers your account, not a per-client fee. Create as many galleries as you need; you only pay for the storage they use.
What file types does Larkspur support?
JPEG photos in this first version. RAW files and video are not supported yet.
Can I password-protect a client's gallery?
Yes, per gallery. A password is optional; if you don't set one, the private link itself is what controls access.
Can my client download all their photos at once?
Yes. Clients can download individual photos, or the whole gallery as a single zip file.
What happens when I delete a gallery?
The gallery disappears from your dashboard and the client link stops working immediately. The files are kept for a short grace period before permanent deletion, then removed for good.
How is my storage bill calculated?
A nightly job measures the actual bytes stored in your account directly from storage, not an estimate or a manually tracked counter, so your bill always matches what's really there.
Does Larkspur offer print sales or client proofing?
Not in this version. Larkspur is focused on gallery delivery: upload, private link, view, and download. Print sales, proofing, and favouriting aren't part of the current feature set.
